Skills ranging between bellydance and flow arts are shared and infused into their performances.Performing in the Richmond area with Dollz Entertainment, RVA Moon Market, Richmond Fringe Festival, and RVA Renn Faire, this group’s aesthetic is a mix of mystery, allure synching with dark-electronic beats. Clown Witch Concept:

Our micro-season's are spaces for decompression from the abundance and focus of prior seasons. In the winter, Rot Witch gave us the mental break and deconstruction from Red Witch. Clown witch is doing the same for the abundance of Spring's Green Witch.Focusing on storytelling, experimentation and tomfoolery. Clown Witch was most developed out of studio in dance installation video. In the Clown Witch Video Series, Athanor Dance Collective members and guests decided to genuinely make fun of something, it should be what they know. A shared experience. Thus, the Y2K Clowncore aesthetic was born.This concept was founded disovered on the floating pink platforms at the ICA. With the pink and blue contrast. It was to the experimented with at the play shops of Toy Lair. And crystallized in the divine seance/ easy bake oven photo series.Athanor Dance Collective wears their heart on their sleeve. Weaving the fun and joy of the inner child into their alchemical portfolio.
